As a medical professional that has worked in urgent care and private medical offices, I've never encountered a more unprofessional and disorganized medical practice. Upon my very first visit where I waited 2 hours for my appointment, I sat and listened to the front desk discuss every detail of their New Year's eve celebrations including the use of illegal drugs. Nothing works there, they never answer phone, even appointment never is on time, i had appointment for blood work and i was waiting 1 h and half for it, few days ago i was waiting 2 h and half for my tele appoitment, i am looking for another PC i cant do this enymire!
Rude office staff. Very poor communication. Does not work well with other doctors or offices. Doctor is never on time sometimes you wait an hour and a half past your appointment to be seen. I was seeing him from age 45 to 52. At 51 I had to ask him for a colonoscopy even though the sign on his wall says get your colonoscopy at 45. He never recommended it.
