Had appt with my Dr. Checked in online days before the appt. I show up, 'receptionist' is busy texting on her phone!! She gives me hard time about my insurance and questions who I spoke to at my primary drs office. I'm trying to talk n get interrupted n cut off. If you dont like your job, find something else AND stay off your cell phone while you are Working!! I have called this office and I get hung up on, so UNPROFFESSIONAL!!!!
