Dr Szwejbka its extremely thorough and knowledgeable in all phases of his practice. He is also very caring and sympathetic to his patients and their concerns. His staff are always helpful and supportive and complete requests and requirements in a very timely manner. The whole office exudes a friendly and yet professional atmosphere. I would give the highest recommendation to my friends and family.Thanks to the whole staff for your care and concern !!
Dr S and his staff are a very friendly group of people,I thankful my PCP gave me the consult to continue my treatment with them, I would highly recommend his team they're great.
I have been going to Dr S for a few months now and I’m glad my referral was to his office. He is very thorough and he takes you through different steps of care and weighs all options. I really appreciate that. His staff is always polite and helpful, and there is never a long wait for your appointment. I see a lot of people are saying he’s not chatty, etc., but I think they need to take into consideration that he has lots of patients, and he may be delivering to them more bad news than good. Dr. Szwejbka does not posses good beside manner! He came off as very stiff/uninterested to my concerns. My last visit he accused me of illegal drug use due to my other labs/tests being negative! I do not do drugs, I am in the Air Force and get randomly tested anyway! I told him the only other substance I use besides the meds I listed is protein powder and he told me, with a smug look, that could very well be the cause of my muscle spasms! I was completely outraged! Complete waste of time/money!
To begin with the front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional, on the phone and in person. His nurse is amazing, she is very friendly, very professional. She always calls me back the same day, usually within 10 minutes of me leaving a message. I wish everyone at the office was like her. Dr. Szwejbka is okay. I have heard him yell at his employees and I don’t think that’s very professional at all. He is be straight forward and not very warming. His bedside manners could definitely improve.
Because i can not have surgey on my back and he still do not get it but when i told him about my sleep he cared but i was told that i can not have surery
Dr Szwejbka has been an absolute wonderful doctor for me. I'm used to dr's calling me crazy due to my history of anxiety but he believed what I said, understood my concerns & not only immediately put in tests for my brain but he put in tests to help me rule out other health issues too. I was a little hesitant the first time I met him because he is pretty straight-forward and I can get a bit chatty. But I see he's just focused, he cares about being efficient and sufficient. He is truly awesome.
UNFORTUNATELY, I will never take my mother to Dr. SZWEJBKA for neurological evaluation again. HE WROTE INNACURATE NOTES AND WHEN I POINTED HIS ERROR OUT, HE DENIED MY ASSERTION VIA HIS RECEPTIONIST. HE REFUSED TO EVEN TALK TO ME ABOUT HIS EGREGIOUS ERROR IN MY MOTHER'S TEST SCORE. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH HIS LEVEL OF NOTATING...AND EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTED IN HIS DESPONDENT, REFUSAL TO COMMUNICATE TO ME VIA PHONE OR IN PERSON. THIS WAS OUR FIRST AND LAST VISIT WITH PAUL E. SZWEJBKA.
I was a patient for 8Years with him, if you don't take the Medicine he prescribes, he will not give you anything, I requested a few forms and out of 2 he denied one for no reason. Not happy and will not go there again. The Front Desk lady is very nice and works wonderful with you, the nurse usually wont call you back if you leave a message....
