Surgeon and staff perfect. Great communication, surgical work and follow up care for my daughter's wisdom teeth and my 88 year old father's challenging issues. Very much unlike my husband's experience with a simple tooth extraction by Brown & Neuwirth's with very poor communication from staff (mean actually) and rough surgical treatment.

Just had 2 back teeth pulled. I requested Twilight sleep. He had a nurse and assistant there, very professional. I was awake but never felt it when teeth were pulled. My family doctor new of his reputation. I'm impressed with him and his staff.
Dr. Richardson is the best oral surgeon! My dentist told me I could trust that he would be understanding of my dental anxiety. In Mar of 2020 I had to have a back molar extracted, Dr Richardson walked me through everything, and made me feel very comfortable, he even called to check up on me. Today I had a tooth extracted and bone graft, I chose IV sedation again ,and he and his staff took very good care of me and were so very sweet to me. I did a minor surgery at Dr. Richardson Conover office. It went smoothly and Dr. Richardson addressed all my questions and concerns. He also called and checked on me a few hours after the surgery. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend him. Staff working at that office are also very nice and professional.
