I went here for years, just routine check ups without much issue or complaint. Recently the Dr changed, he cancelled an appointment initially about two months ago and pushed me out to next week. Now I get a text again, telling me my appointment was cancelled the week before (again). I call to reschedule and they can get me in 2 months from now. Moving on.

I have been going to Dr. English for years now and have never been dissatisfied with the treatment or service from this practice. Dr. English is very professional and knowledgeable in his work. I was a person that worked in direct sunlight my whole life and had some areas of suspicious skin spots.Dr. English addressed them all found some melanoma in time to have it removed without serious issues. I saw Dr. Paul English about a year ago looking for help regarding possible hidradenitis suppurativa. He barely gave me a look over, told me I didn't have it and that the acne I had was "just the body I was born with." Then gave me a useless prescription and sent me on my way. It wasn't until I was able to see a dermatologist at the Mayo Clinic a year later to confirm an HS diagnosis.
