I actually work for a surgeons office and from what I have experienced the office staff lacks compassion. Global referrals for patients that need surgery ASAP should not take weeks. We have had offices send us Globals within the hour so the fact that they said it could take a minimum of 24-48 hours is a joke and a lie. I would find a different Dr. It makes me wonder if Dr. Paonessa knows what his staff is like
Dr. Paonessa is focused on addressing & improving his patient's health issues. He takes the time to discuss their concerns, answer questions, & recommend a course of treatment. It's obvious that he has a heavy case load, but he is able to stay in the moment when meeting with a patient. I am fully satisfied with his performance as my PCP.
BAFP is like a large caring family. The friendly staff always puts you first. They are a great team.
