The receptionist are n Rude and when you call they never answer the phone or return messages. I always have to go down to the office in person to get any information from them or book appointment. Also expect to wait hours when seeing the doctor even with appointment.
I have been a patient of Dr Paul Chochinov for over 25 years ! He is an excellent Dr ! Very kind ; caring and of course very Knowledgable ! I have been suffering from a severe back injury for many years . He has done everything possible to help me ! We (our whole family) have been using Dr Paul Chochinov for many years with mixed feelings. Overall he has made us feel like we are hypercondriachs when ever we visit. He was usually intimidating and seemed disinterested in our concerns downplaying our symptoms to having unhealthy lifestyles etc... I've been going to Dr. C. for 20 years and after my last experience will never go back. Just a terrible, de-humanizing experience. His office called me to make this appointment, he had no idea what it was for and wasn't prepared. I was rushed out after 5 minutes and told to make more appointments even though I should have had 15 minutes and still had more to go over, we never even got to the reason I was there in the first place.
