You make an appointment, get there, and sometimes Dr. Jones isn't even there and you have to reschedule. I had several ultrasounds performed by Dr. Jones staff only for him to say they weren't clear enough and he wanted a different staff member to perform it. That took even more time to reschedule. Had surgery, a stent implanted and I'm having problems with my leg swelling, discoloration and pain. I've called 4 times and as of this time....I haven't heard back from staff. I had a deeply disappointing and disturbing experience at this facility under the care of Dr. Jones. After waiting an extended amount of time to be seen, he assured me that he would provide documentation to accommodate my medical condition. I left the appointment feeling hopeful—but that quickly turned into weeks of frustration. The doctor took his time explaining the various stages of the defect and the various procedures related to the stages.He is well spoken easy to understand and shows compassion.
