Cold, never even examined me for the reason for my visit. Not concerned with my condition Referred me to a surgical center, entered wrong address and contact info on referral I had to spend hours chasing info and correcting referral. Ordered test by mail material without my approval overall worst experience I’ve had with a physician in 66 year of life. What a mistake I expected so much more felt like I was wasting his time by being there.
It was the first time to see this doctor my experience was not good at all, I took the appointment because he was the only one available to see me sooner than my primary doctor! I came because my gums were extremely swollen and came up to my left eye, I got very nervous I decided that I be seen by my doctor, because I have osteoporosis, he said to me I am not dentist I told I know you are not but my situation is coming from the osteoporosis, my appointment didn’t go well at all!!
New to this office and to Dr. Algra (mine is on vacay) Very friendly staff. Clean office, seen right away. Dr. Algra was polite and attentive to my issues. He was interested in past tests and was able to meet my current medical needs.
