This place is amazing! Both the staff and Doctor Hellstern were so kind and helpful. The Doctor is amazing! Great place to go for your needs.
Dr. Hellstern knows his business. I arrived at 11:45 for a 12:15 appointment and I was in a room with the doctor by 12:15, excelent and unprecedented! Dr. Hellstern listened to my complaint and quickly made a diagnosis. He didn't treat the symptoms he decided what was happening and for the first time in years gave me immediate relief. I have to call back in 10 days to let him know if his treatment was permanent and if not he said he would bring me back in immediately for a followup treatment. I have blood work and testing to show that ALL of my problems are NOT psychological/psychosomatic. I accept that some things are made worse by my anxiety and PTSD. However the pa Lauren is not willing to look at that. I asked for them to notate in my file the refused capsule endoscopy and they did not. I have two positive fecal occult tests and an iron saturation of 4% with my white blood cells at 24000(not supposed to be over 12,000) and hemoglobin that bounces from 7 to 13 and anywhere in-between.
