I've had a history of GI problems for many years. What I like about Dr Helston is that he enjoys research. But he also interacts really well at least with me. I like the fact that he's up front with what's going on. And he looks for the long-term effect of different treatments.
Dr H is fantastic. Just a great guy. He cares and makes you feel comfortable. He also has a wonderful sense of humor.
Dr. H is professional, well-informed, efficient, and communicates well. It's a busy practice with three locations. I've been to each. The office is properly managed, as well. It's a bit rushed in and out, however. His medical management in my case is fine. We respect and trust each other. He has good bedside manner and seems a real and accessible person.
