Dr. Griffin is a excellent physician. The staff is always helpful...The assistants are attentive and pleasant always. I am very happy I made my way into this office for all my medical needs. Thank you!
Took payment for office visit appointment, then refused to provide important medical service. Because I needed my wife present. Uncompassionate and uncaring, heartless doctor's office!
Dr Griffin has been my primary dr for many years. He's the best. Upfront about your medical matters and doesn't beat around the bush. His staff is the best compared to other dr offices I've been to. Keep up the good work doc n staff.
I can’t get my medical records and have been trying for over a year. Edit: took multiple emails, and multiple calls to the office manager and medical records after sending in over ten requests over a year and half. One dr has them, the others do not. It’s a start. Why is this so hard?
Dr. Griffin is one of the most thorough and passionate physicians I have had helping me. I have several serious and unusual health issues which he addressed, assessed, and assisted in resolving them or at least helping me deal with them in a proactive manner. He has been responsive to my problems and takes interest in them as he finds the best resolution for each. I highly recommend West Hills Medical Group.
