the dental hygienist was awesome but my issue was the company. they told me insurance covers me and then i get a bill for $400 i was not going to pay that because i know im insured. then they were calling and texting me excessively for my next appt which i told them im not going to because they tried charging me $400 for my last checkup and they continued to be very rude over text. i sent them my insurance information so they can have all the correct info and they texted back immediately as if they didn’t even look and said ... read more
Dr Scalia and her team are very professional and personable at the same time. My appointments have been efficient, high quality and very friendly. She talked me through every step of treatment, I highly recommend them.
Best dentist we have ever had. Including Flint, Lansing, Gaylord and Bay City. Great find when we moved to this area!
Watch out for fake billing. Changed dentist, informed them, and still billing for missed appointment. And the adds extra bill from 15 months. Must be desperate.
