I'm with Bel, the person below who states the doctor acted dishonestly about his insurance and is now suing the patient when the patient had insurance to cover the bill at the time.. Same here, just done differently. Not a pleasant man, temperamental. Always a sign things aren't as they should be. Anyway, wants me to pay bill with cash when I have insurance. Insurance Coverage COMPLAINT Service just fine, Facility very clean, quality of care very good BUT Insurance claims need to be submitted accordingly, client/patients payment exceed insurance fee scale. Had procedure done 2009 in office & then informed recently that it was not dental procedure. I don't understand the referring doctor said it had to be done by the dentist since it was part of the mouth.
