Ms. Wilson who is an office assistant is very unprofessional and ghetto. It is truly sad that she is a representative of Dr. Mixon because I hear nothing but great things about her. However Ms. Wilson just caused her to lose a potential patient.

Have been a patient of hers for about 10 years. Overall had been fine until lately. Had an acute issue that needed attention but could have been addressed in clinic. Difficult to get someone from the office to call me back and then was told no providers in the office could see me and to go to the ER or urgent care. Also was told that they won’t come to the ER at BRG to see patients with gynecological issues…only obstetric emergencies. Dr. Cotton is knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. She always listens to my concerns and values my input on my care. She is great bedside manners and kind staff. Highly recommend.

I liked how quickly I was able to see her. How well she listened to my issues and did her best to resolve them.
I love Dr. Lauren Moore. The whole atmosphere of her office is amazing and welcoming. Dr. Moore is attentive and very upbeat. I have been seeing her for at least 5 or more years. My husband, who will not go to the doctor, FINALLY saw Dr. Moore and thought she was superb. I don't have a problem getting him to the doctor anymore. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and her staff.
Dr. Cotton is Amazing! She is very patient and thorough. She has a kind and compassionate demeanor and listens to your every concern. I am happy to call her my primary care physician.
