Honestly one of the most frustrating medical experiences I’ve had. Multiple Telehealth appointments were booked and the doctor simply did not show up or call, with zero explanation. I was left chasing for weeks over an urgent specialist referral that should have been actioned immediately. The clinic is extremely difficult to reach, with hours long hold times, unclear availability and no proper way to follow up when something important is being ignored.
