Have been a client at this dental office for the past several years without any complaint. BUT last week when I in for my 9:40 cleaning. Elizabeth, hygienist, called for me from the lobby/waiting area at 9:56. She acknowledged that she was running late and then proceeded to rush through my cleaning. 22 minutes later - my teeth were supposedly clean, my next appt made, and a good bag given to me. Earlier this week, my son had an accident where he knocked out 3 of his top, front teeth. This happened in the evening and we were very concerned. Even though it was after hours, we were able to get in touch with Dr. Patrick French to receive his direction. The very next morning, Dr. French made time in his schedule to see my son Garrett and to restore his teeth and his smile!! We were relieved, very happy, and extremely thankful.
