I really don't think this office should be accepting new patients. It seems the staff cannot handle the patients they have now. It takes entirely too long to get responses to voicemails, short term Disability paperwork etc. I left a voicemail 4 days ago, I called on the third day and was told they forwarded the message. I STILL not received a response. All I need to know is if my husband can go back to work because we are running out of money. No care or sense of urgency with the staff.
