After seeing many back specialists for chronic thigh pain including electric shocks, I was recommended to Dr Lo by a pain specialist who was unsure if it was back or hip related. (Long standing hip problems also). From the the moment I walked into his office I felt completely supported and listened too. He had already looked at my MRI reports and was familiar with my issue. The best dr we have every visited. Every interaction. Every staff member. He saw our I month old son for an issue that arose as a new born. He made us feel comfortable, he reassured us about everything. Easy to talk to. Very explanatory. Explained every bit of process. And hearing the words "I dont want to see you again", can't explain the feeling! He really is here to help children, not for your money! Our family cannot thank him enough for all of his support. The world needs more people like you in it. Thank you !
I felt because I'm self funded, I was dismissed. I was told if I don't have surgery I could end up in a wheelchair. "Won't that be great, instead of pushing a wheelchair " was the comment. Told to get a GP referral for public or to go constantly to emergency at a hospital until accepted. Really so disappointed after I had such wonderful reviews
Patrick has operated on my back twice.I had complete faith in every word he said .Today I had my last appointment with him.Everything is fine.How could it not be when I was being operated on by a genius.Thank you also to his girls they were completely professional in every aspect.The whole procedure has been a pleasure.
