If I could give zero stars I would. Appt was at 4pm...we arrived at 345pm. We spent over an hour in the waiting room because they "were running a little behind". When we asked the staff they said we could reschedule or wait. If they were an hour or more behind can't they call us before our appt and let us know so we can make the decision before we drive out there?! And imagine if a patient was this late...they'd cancel your appt. So only patients have to be on time...not the staff. The lack of professionalism is shocking.
My daughter saw multiple drs and felt most comfortable with Dr. Hall. He was great and attentive as well as took the time to explain everything we asked before surgery. Hospital day was amazing the inspira staff and facility was amazing. The next day my daughter had fainted and was in a lot of pain but they had not given her pain meds.
