This site in blue Island-off 127 street oak street Health has one of the worst team I have ever seen in a professional medical field for getting referrals completed satisfaction to report to a hospital for x-rays whomever is doing the referral or typing them up. 6/24/2024 It is my belief that Oak Street Health is scamming Senior Citizens. I was told by a representative that the first visit was for information and to see what was offered. There was no charge for that visit. I trusted the representative. There was to be no charge / free. It's a scam. Well, I received a bill. RUN when you see representatives from Oak Street Health offering free stuff and a no charge doctor's visit. The doctor will talk to you about your condition or lack of condition.
