I have been using Dr. Ballard for around 20 years. I have never had a bad experience and goodness he knows how I dislike dental work. I have never had a problem with any cleaning appointments either. My review is from my personal experience. I am not family member as a previous poster has insinuated with other reviews!
If i could leave zero stars I would, this is the worst place. Every good review is from a family or friend. Trust me, do not go here.
This is a fantastic office! It is a small family run office not like other chain offices. Everyone is friendly. I hate getting numb but I never even felt the shot! I would highly recommend this office.
My son broke his tooth nearly in half at school. He is young. Only 9 years old. I called all over trying to find someone who would fix it that took our insurance bc his original dentist said it needed a root canal. And no dentist in the area would even consider doing one on a child under 13. Dr. Ballard took my son, on a day his office was closed, and fixed my sons tooth. He was soooo nice and my son LOVED him. And he usually doesn't like going to the dentist. But my son has now asked for Dr. Ballard to be his primary dentis... read more
Dr Ballard and his staff are caring and professional. The office is spotless and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Plus, he is great with children.
