Fine dentist, went there for a decade. Missed two appointments and was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. Office manager is curt and rude while wearing a mask of extreme politeness. What a shame. Always felt that way over the years, fine and polite, then you question something or need something from them and your ruining their day. More often, they're ruining yours though.
Dentist was rough and reckless. He did not give me any instructions about what to expect when I left the office after my FIRST appointment with him. I experienced many complications after his work, along with the fact that I have a health condition that requires me to eat at some point, and his work made this task very difficult. I called that office over four times asking for him to call me back, and he refused. His silence speaks volumes about his skill and his character.
