Saw Dr. Chang at USF Health Center at 13330 USF Laurel Dr. in Tampa and he was awesome! He took his time listening to me patiently, read through my records, asked me about my concerns, and answered all my questions. Dr. Chang was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I’m very happy to have him as my Cardiologist. This was my first visit to him and I left knowing I was in good hands.
