I’ve been seeing Dr. Victoria Harris at Capital Region Hearing for the past six years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She has helped me tremendously with my hearing aids and always takes the time to make sure everything feels comfortable and works exactly how it should. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone needing hearing care. The entire staff is wonderful.

I think that Dr. Bergman and staff are very professional and caring. Making or changing appointments is very easy. I needed hearing aids and Dr. Bergmann was so helpful, friendly and explained everything making my transition so easy. I’m also very happy with my hearing aids and the change they provide me in my life. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Bergmann is amazing! I took my father to see him and the thoroughness in which he handled my Dad's case was very impressive and so well done. He took the time to understand his needs, took the time to explain what was happening with my father's hearing and took the time to follow up with us. I recently went to Capital Region Hearing due to some hearing issues. I met with Dr. Patrick Bergmann, AuD and explained my concerns. He was very pleasant, affable and, above all, extremely professional. He intently listened to my descriptions and concerns, and fully explained what his assumed diagnosis was. Excellent experience bringing my Mom to Dr. Bergmann’s office for her hearing aides. Patrick was very patient & very thorough explaining the details of how to use them properly. We never felt rushed and it’s clear Dr. Bergmann wants his clients to feel comfortable & supported by his practice.
