Excellent experience bringing my Mom to Dr. Bergmann’s office for her hearing aides. Patrick was very patient & very thorough explaining the details of how to use them properly. We never felt rushed and it’s clear Dr. Bergmann wants his clients to feel comfortable & supported by his practice.

It took me years before I finally got a hearing evaluation. I didn't want One More Thing to Deal With. Plus I suspected I had a serious hearing problem. So I was dreading this visit. I shouldn't have worried. I had a GREAT experience at Capital Region Hearing. Dr. Harris, Vicki, was wonderful. From my first visit I felt very comfortable there. I give Dr. Bragman more than five stars. He was kind very informative and extremely patient. I went to another audiologist earlier this year and was not happy. Dr. Bragman made things easier for me. I am gratful for all the help has given me. Always carry a card with you, you'll never know who may need you. Thank you again Dr. Bragman. I would highly recommend you
