Dr. Board Dr. Board is an excellent Optometrist. He is very knowledgeable; even with children who are non-verbal. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and we have not had a long wait at the visits.

Very Sweet I saw Dr. Couch 2 months ago for what I knew was going to end up being an exam for my first pair of glasses, ever, as I am 43 and had lost ability to see close up. I waited in the waiting room for approximately 20 minutes, at which time a technician/nurse came out, whisked me into a tiny examining cubicle, and apologized profusely for my wait. She explained that a mix-up had occurred and that Dr. Couch was appalled that I had been kept waiting. It was refreshing to have my wait acknowledged and apologized for. Dr.... read more

Great with children Dr. Board is a wonderful doctor. My daughter had a bad lazy eye. He worked with her without surgery to correct the problem. Now she does not even have to wear glasses or contacts any more. He is great with children and those with special needs.

Dr. M After 65 minutes, the doctor did come into the office, spent 5 minutes with me, informed me that she is a surgeon, asked no questions about my overall eye health or issues, and simply said that my "problem" would resolve on its own and turned her back to make notes about my visit. Highly uncaring. Do NOT see this doctor if you want any level of patient care. The office staff is not friendly either, with the exception of Jorge. As a professional, I expect to be treated with respect so I will not return to this office.

Smith Patricia W Md - Triangle Eye Physicians I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for many years. She is an excellent ophthalmologist and her staff is well trained and professional. I am seen within five minutes of my appointment time and in emergencies she always fits me in within a few hours of my phone calls; she answers all of my questions thoroughly; her advice to me is explained in detail. I have referred many co-workers, friends and family to her.
