Dr. Mandy Tam at this practice is completely useless. Called on call service my regular doctor is a part of as my 5 month old and myself are incredibly sick and the baby is very uncomfortable. I have a very likely ear infection and was told it's best to wait for my doctor tomorrow. Thought having an on call doctor was meant to keep people out of ER but apparently not. Thanks for nothing.
