Her office is located at the back of the lobby on the main floor. There is a sign on the sliding doors of the arena entrance that directs you where to go. Parking spaces (including an ample number of accessible spots) are located very close to the entrance. I had a prebooked appointment based on a referral I was given. It took me about 6 weeks to get in to see her. She does virtual appointments as well however, I saw her in-person for my consultation. Awesome and amazing staff. Dr Van Boekel is extremely intelligent and has a great bedside manor.
Went in to look a pulled hip flexor she told me i walk weird and i need fix my walking and said its not your hip and its not a sports medicine problem and its way too complicated for me and out of my scope I have issues getting up and down because pain and weakness and she said wow you should be able to get off a this bed and then says here try now lowers it and its even harder for me to get off and says I'm going send a note to your doctor about this My doctor has known for 10 years this is why im seeing you tor hip pain an... read more
I am currently being treated for osteoarthritis in my knees. Dr Van Boekel has explained everything thoroughly and in terms that can be easily understood. Laurie is great with the fitting of my brace and everytime I'm there she makes sure the brace is working properly for me. I never feel rushed. They are a great team.
