Liked the Dr OK. Had a hard time ever getting an appointment. Received a bill then every time I went by to pay it no one was there. The hours on the door are incorrect also.
Dr. Obi has been amazing, one of the best cardiologist in TN. My father would not be here if it wasn’t for Dr. Obi. One of the few doctors that I have met that will take the time to explain in detail to a patient what has to be done to help said patient. My dad has a lower lvl of education but with Dr. Obi’s help he is doing so much better.
Had echocardiogram performed at the hospital on August 14th. By September 13th, I still had not heard anything about my results. I called several times on the 13th and finally decided to go into the office in person. The receptionist was RUDE and offered no greeting but a blank stare. After she retrieved my file, she stated the hospital had not sent the results but a couple sentences later said she could print the results off but the doctor would have to read them.
