Español: Estoy muy decepcionado con este consultorio. Hemos estado esperando casi 2 horas, y la señora a nuestro lado lleva más de 2 horas sin ser atendida. Nadie ha salido a darnos actualizaciones ni a preguntar si necesitamos el baño. El personal de recepción se va a almorzar de 12 a 1:30 PM, y para usar el baño necesitas una llave. This is in reference to the staff. The doctor should consider replacing the receptionist and the person who receives the referrals. Also for after waiting for this appt since November 2022. They would not accept a few minutes late because of traffic. The receptionists said I had to reschedule and there was nothing until May 2023. This is bad 01,2023
