The UHC database is not up to date, or the assistant/doctor hasn't updated their provider accounts, since the UHC portal says that they are receiving new patients but when I called them today, they told me that "they are not receiving new patients". I understand that happens, but they should keep the online information up to date to avoid wasting people time. Otherwise, is not different to a spam robot just advertising information without any real substance.

I must express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at this clinic. Not only did they fail to follow up with me promptly, but they also allowed my medication to lapse due to their negligence. To make matters worse, my doctor conveniently went on holiday without arranging for any backup coverage, leaving patients like me in a state of distress.
