Very unprofessional: Thy cancelled the appointment sending a text from unknown number. When got there , saying optometrist is on vacation? If she had vacation , why did you book it? Why not calling the patient and just sending a message from an unknown number? Finally the front desk girl instead of apologizing, started arguing and saying leave the place:( I will never go there again
