I honestly have no idea why she has only a 3.8 rating. She's awesome. She's kind, caring and gentle when checking my eyes. I would highly recommend her. The receptionist is very friendly too.
Dr. Hernandez is the best optometrist. She is very thorough during her eye exams and is very clear about each of the tests. She is very good at answering all the questions and gives great insights on how to improve overall eye health. She is very thoughtful and it's clear that she cares a lot about her patients.
Dr. Hernandez is the best optometrist in Hamilton and Burlington. I’ve been going to her for years, and she's kind, welcoming, and very experienced. She always takes her time during exams, so you never feel rushed. At the end of each consultation, she makes sure all my questions are answered. Dr. Hernandez gives one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve ever had - and I’ve dealt with ophthalmologists and eye surgeons as well as optometrists. My vision has actually improved under her care and I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you!
