Dr. Salvato is very thorough. She listens very intently to every word you say. Everytime I see her it is like visiting her at her home. It doesn't feel like a doctor's office. Very kind. Very knowledgeable in her field. She is so humble and caring. Her education didn't stop when she became a doctor, she continues to learn daily of new procedures, etc. She doesn't believe in harming the patient with painful test. She has been my Dr. since the beginning of my autoimmune diagnosis 10+ years ago and has been AMAZING!!! I can't say enough good things about this woman !
I love Ms Carrol. The staff is very nice. Nevertheless, the new phone system sucks. There should never be a time that someone doesn’t answer the phone. Bad patient communication. A doctor’s office should never have a phone system that ask to leave messages. The message line is always full. Don’t return calls in a timely fashion or never return calls. Words are inadequate to describe , what a wonderful person Dr Salvato is. I have used her off and on for 25 years. Her knowledge and compassion are unequaled by any other doctor I have met. If you have a complex problem, she is determined to figure it out. Recently, she helped me when no other doctor for 4 months could. I appreciate the additional supplements to help the body heal. I highly recommend her. It may take awhile to get in to see her. But, it’s worth the wait!
