DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU HAVE AN HMO PLAN. They do not understand how to get insurance approvals for specialists. I’ve been trying to get referred to a dermatologist for months. The five stars are for Dr Salvato because she is a great doctor. Her office staff gets zero stars.
Dr Salvato been my doctor since 2005ish she is great. Her office staff is trash. I been waiting on referrals since my last visit over a month ago. Also it took 2 weeks for them to call on my last med and they called in the wrong one after I spoke to the lady and told her. If she revamp her office staff it would be great
Dr. Salvado is the best doctor I have EVER seen but unfortunately her staff is the worse i've ever encountered in my entire life. It is beginning to feel criminal at this point, and the patient negligence along with refusal to answer phones and relay proper messages to the doctor is unheard of. I needed a clearance letter for surgery that the doctor was happy to supply, but there was a significant issue where it needed to be re-written (my chart contained a serious condition I don't in face have). Dr. Salvato has made a life-changing difference in my care. After years of seeing multiple specialists and continuing to struggle with ongoing symptoms, she was able to connect the dots in my medical history and provide a clearer diagnosis and treatment plan. I do want to be clear that I am still actively managing chronic health conditions, but having the right direction and support has made a meaningful difference in my quality of life.
