After a terrifying road to motherhood, Dr Chen made me feel comfortable and confident. My delivery was flawless. My pregnancy was considered and I was checked up even without having an appointment. She gave me options when I didn’t know what to do. She’s an exceptional Dr and my husband making her laugh was a highlight. She’s not a comedian or an entertainer. She brings new lives into this world.
I have been with Dr. Chen many years. I have a rare illness and she is knowledgeable and works with me discussing my different needs and keeps watch on what to do.
When my doctor left the practice, I was rescheduled for an appointment with Dr. Chen. It’s hard to change doctors after 10 years, but I was so pleased with my appointment. Dr. Chen is warm and kind, listens with concern, and is responsive to questions. I love the way she listened to what I had to say, and that we had a discussion about it. She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful, andI felt very seen and heard. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Chen as an excellent and compassionate doctor.
Dr. Chen is kind, professional and she has a shared decision making approach and mentality; she is a gem of a physician ObGyn. I highly recommend her to my friends, family members, patients and any woman who is looking for an ObGyn. She is also knowledgeable on hormone replacement therapy, perimenopause and menopause. Additionally, her staff is pleasant and efficient. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Every doctor office should be as easy as my once a year check-up and that includes the office staff.
