Dr. Laemmle is one of the most personable doctors I have ever met. She takes a genuine interest in her patients. I also want to leave a good review for the office staff. I read nothing but negative comments, but I have never had a bad experience.
Dr. Laemmle is very caring, informative and knowledgeable. She listens intently and doesn’t rush your appointment.
So I had the pleasure to call this place and make an appointment as I am a new patient actually going to cancel the appointment. Whoever helped me on the phone today was just nasty and rude it’s sad to have to deal with people like this especially in the medical field. YOU don’t like dealing with people get a different job easy as that.. so many jobs in this world customer service is so important!!!!!!
I have been going to see Dr Laemmle for a number of years now. I love her. She takes all the time you need. Never rushed. She types notes on your history every visit. She discusses possibilities and options thoroughly. Works collaboratively to find the best solution with you. Staff are good. There is one person, only one, that's snippy
