I've recently moved to NJ and got an appointment with Dr. Laemmle as I was due for my annual. Having moved a few times in the last few years, finding a doctor is always an arduous task. But let me tell you...she is a GEM of a find. My visit was thorough, relaxed, and I felt like I was being heard. She's got a fantastic personality and I left there laughing and feeling so happy with my visit/choice. I've since had a follow up for a minor issue and again, had an excellent experience. Worst experience ever. Receptionist VERY RUDE! I have told c Dr. Leamle many times but was nvr corrected
I have to agree with all the previous reviews office staff is very rude. My daughter’s first visit ( and last) she was 15 minutes late. She was sent away and I just received a $25.0O bill for no show. Meanwhile my other daughter and myself arrived 15 minutes early and waited an hour to see Dr. Del Alcazar. I was told he runs late but Dr. Laemmle is always on time. Seems far …. So I think it’s safe to say we will be looking for a new Doctor… any recommendations???
start by saying Dr Laemmle is a wonderful , on the other hand Her office manager is rude and uncaring person who should not be in the medical field , She is supposed to be an extension of the DR there to help patients ,not make them feel unwelcome or like they dont matter and want to switch doctors . which is what she has done here it is a shame .
