I have been going to see Dr Laemmle for a number of years now. I love her. She takes all the time you need. Never rushed. She types notes on your history every visit. She discusses possibilities and options thoroughly. Works collaboratively to find the best solution with you. Staff are good. There is one person, only one, that's snippy
The office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when my wife and I tried to schedule our first visit. We received multiple calls from different employees asking for the same information, which made it clear no one was reviewing the file. The entire experience was frustrating and disorganized. I would avoid this office.
After over 15 years of being a patient I'm walking away. Dr. Laemmle is wonderful but the office staff is rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment mix up where I could have sworn it was a tele health call not an in office visit. 10 minutes past the scheduled time I called realizing there was something wrong. Dr Laemmle is wonderful. Very down to earth, knowledgeable on every concern I've brought up to her, and very patient. It's like talking to a friend who totally gets you. Every time I make an appointment, I have been treated with respect and professionalism. Every time.
