Billing issues are beyond a joke. I called over a 100 times over a 6 month period to ppay by wife's bill. Left dozens of messages. No response. Then they sent my wife's bill to colelctions. I finally had to call the doctors office that sends the pathology to them in order to get her to answer the phone. She took my credit card information probably on a piece of paper, and said they'd process it. Haven't seen it come through yet... The unprofessionalism of this practice is astounding.
The billing at this practice is so incompetent I question the provider's medical ability. It took 5 months to get the bill. No option to pay online. No phone calls returned. When you mail a check they hold it forever. I have asked my dermatologist to NEVER send another tissue sample to this practice.
