Atown Family Med is the best! Dr. Naomi is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly listens—I was so impressed I now bring my kids here too. My son also raves about Dr. Schector. Friendly staff, spotless office, and top-notch care every time.
Kindness goes a long way. Speaking to people like and equal goes a long way. Going above and beyond to help patients get their needs met goes a long way. Atown Family Med's whole front stadf provides none of this. Naomi is absolutely fantastic but I'm surprised she hasn't realized how many patients she's losing due to her extremely rude and demeaning staff. Firstly, Naomi herself is 5 star. The front desk medical ladies are great. The problem is with their billing. My insurance provides 4 free visits and then charges 10%, which is around $10. Their billing mismanagement forced me into paying over $300 this year. I see Naomi regularly, so I am there every two months, I can't miss these appointments. I've been there 4 times this year. I should not have had to pay anything. They slough you off to a "billing number" that rarely answers. My insurance says they overbilled me and sent... read more
DO NOT VIDEO CHAT THEM- to many times I have been forgotten about and left waiting for hours. Go in person because then at least the staff can see you waiting. The staff doesn’t seem to fully communicate - Naomi is absolutely amazing! Absolutely adore her! Most attentive NP/doctor I’ve ever had!
Incredible clinicians that are caring, thoughtful, and thorough. PA Waak and NP Grant are some of the best practitioners I’ve ever had. They take their time and ask questions. They have caught health issues that other clinicians have completely overlooked and/or dismissed. I had an ongoing health concern that they solved with 1 visit! I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a new PCP.
