Dr. Levan was my husbands doctor for quite some time. After having not seen her for a 3 year period, he contacted her office to make an appointment. The issue is not at all with Dr. Levan, she was and is a kind and attentive physician. The issue is with her staff an how rude and unhelpful one individual in particular is. Unfortunately she is the individual who returns patient phone calls. She offers zero help and has no business interacting with patients. Very sad.
Absolutely love Dr. Levan! She listens is always willing to help and does everything she can for me. Best PCP I've had in my 38 years.
When my regular dr of many years retired I was in search of a new Doc. I was introduced to Dr Levan at a fundraiser event. Both my wife and I were impressed and we chose her as our new doctor in 2021. She solved 3 issues I have been dealing with for years after 2 visits. I have never had any issues with scheduling or staff. She is easy to talk to and is concerned for the welfare of her patients. I have recommended her twice just this past week.
Dr. Tonozzi performed my vasectomy this past July. He was easy to work with and open and honest about cost, procedure, meds etc. I knew what I was in for. My pain was very low and I was fully recovered after about a week. He checked in via text after the first 5 days, something I can’t say has happened with any other doc. Highly recommend.
Dr.Levan and staff were talking inappropriately about patients and I could hear them. I was really turned off & shocked.
Love Dr. LeVan! She is personable yet professional and sits down and takes the time to listen. She helped me through some scary post-partum depression. The one major downside of having her as your GP is getting your prescriptions renewed in a timely manner is extremely rare. It usually requires several calls to her office and several headaches. If I didn't love the quality of care she offers, I would have switched doctors because of the consistency of a lack of follow-through with her office.
