I have never been treated as rudely by any other mental health professional. Dr Caulkin’s beside manner is like that of an ape. Very blunt, not really helpful, or kind or motivating or thoughtful. I left sobbing. I also did not appreciate the fact they said, “if you leave, we won’t fill your klonopin.” I was aware. It was as if they wanted to bait me into continuing seeing her, with benzodiazepines. If you’re going to work in mental health you really need to have people skills, and that seems to be severely lacking here.
