As pleased as I was with Dr. Mamood, I was extremely disappointed with his office staff. After traversing with his walker from the waiting room to the bathroom, his breathing became labored - but 3 of them insisted he return to the waiting room! He said, "I just have to catch my breath" ... no empathy,wheelchair or other solution was offered! They are cold, heartless and uncaring about their patients.
