Absolutely AWFUL! DO NOT GO. Receptionist and doctor are equally awful. Receptionist was rude and unorganized. Incorrectly spelled my name but did not change any of the spelling even though I asked them to correct it, twice! Also did not send in my medical records on time to a referred doctor though I was assured they would; tried to follow-up but they started to ignore my calls. And that is just with the front office! Dr. Parveen is a very good Dr. She really Cares about me and My Health. When I need a Test like a Lumbar Spine MRI she Writes a Prescription with the Results she explained to me that due to my Disc Disease and the bulging disc that when I get pain and it goes down in my legs and also causes me to have Restless Leg that it’s coming from my lower back Disc Disease herniated Disc not my hips. She takes the time with you and doesn’t rush you out. There is so much more to tell you so that’s why I gave her a 5 Star.
Dr. Parveen is an amazing doctor. I don’t have anything bad to say about her. She always is so attentive and has so much insight and always listens very well and I never had had a problem. Her staff is amazing and the office is so fun to visit I recommend her she is so caring and so loving and so nice
Review to be updated. (Posting here as well as this is for Dr.Ahmed front desk staff) I had an appointment today first visit with Dr.Ahmed. I scheduled this appointment Monday. I arrived to the clinic only to be notified that the appointment was canceled due to the doctor being sick. I was not informed and had taken time out of work to go to this appointment.
