I scheduled an appointment and came in to the office on time for my appointment at 9:00am. After 30 minutes of waiting was asked if I would like to reschedule. Then asked to call the office to reschedule while I was standing in the office. While I was there I requested to speak to the doctor and was told no and that they would call me back to schedule. No apologies or accountability taken for delay in time. I suggest to not make an appointment if you have something to do that day.
I saw multiple doctors about random joint pain I was experiencing a couple years ago in my jaw and fingers. She ruled out RA and was smart and curious enough to order a Western Blot (Lyme) test for me and it came back positive. That test changed my life for the better and I owe her my gratitude.
