I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Partha Nandi at the Center for Digestive Health. Despite his public reputation, I felt like there was no real interest as a patient. The 1st time he called he was walking around the office, 2nd time no one called to tell me he would be late by more than 2 hours and the 3rd time was less than 5 minutes to give me a new prescription. I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Partha Nandi at the Center for Digestive Health. Despite his public reputation, I felt like the focus was on billing and throughput rather than actual patient care. I went in expecting a doctor who would take the time to listen and explain things, and that's not what I got. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this practice. I would give zero stars if I could.
I don't know what has happened to this practice. It's impossible to talk to a person or get medical files. When you are finally able to talk to a live person they will tell you everything there is screwed up. You can't even stay on the line to respond to their so called 2 question survey which is why I've decided to post th I s review. Steer clear of Nandi, I suspect a cover-up of unnecessary procedures.
I requested an appointment online with Dr Nandi. I was contacted a day or so later by a staff member who set us up with a video appt. with Dr. Nandi about 10 days later. Dr Nandi joined the call well prepared and I could tell he had already reviewed my wife's recent esophagram and complicated medical history. He quickly agreed to perform the procedure she needed.
