They are a mess, if I could give it zero stars but I can't. My husband had a video appointment on Saturday at 4:30, at 4:15 he was sent a link that the call with Dr. Vineet Shandu was ready, my husband got online and the Dr. mentioned above never showed up. He is so inhumane that they made him wait 45 minutes because at 5:00 he had to hang up. We were calling from the first 10 minutes of the call and they never answered they said they were closed, that they lack professionalism, empathy and human quality, they play with peop... read more
I'm not addressing rumors from last couple years, but staff remains friendly, young Dr. S. may be stressed, but no excuse to fail to give patients necessary care, especially because is not even listening. Was snappy and rude to my son. We are looking for a different doctor
Only had experience with the Son. He is an awesome Dr. And a great guy. My Dr. Had retired and Dr. Sandu stepped right in and continued with the treatment I had been on. He is a younger Dr. And relates really well with younger and older patients. I recommend him to anyone. His staff treated me excellent. Right away I could tell he was super intelligent and really friendy. I have not one complaint. 5 stars all the way.
