I woke up during my leg surgery. That what he was during was hurting a lot. He told me it would be finished soon. I ask if they could do something for the pain, his reply was “we will be done in a few more minutes, just be still until then.
Complained about me asking questions about another matter. Told me he lost money everytime he sees a Medicaid patient. Says it doesn't even pay for his assistant to enter the info into the computer. Said that's what happens when you get old and said I was getting old when I asked about symptoms I was experiencing. Short and rude.
Dr. Truong is very nice. He explained everything to me and asked me if I had any questions. I really like him. He’s funny. The procedure I had was very painful but at no fault to Dr. Truong. I think vein surgery is just painful because they only give a local but for others it may not be. I will make sure on next procedure i will make sure they sedate me.
My husband has been going to Dr Truong for 4 years. Anytime he has an appointment he has to wait an hour. Today his appointment was placed after Dr Truong had time to meet with TWO pharmaceutical representatives putting him behind on his patients AGAIN. He is double booked and doesn’t have the necessary time to give to his patients.
Did not be honest with me about side effect of le venous duplex . Found out the real truth about this sugurey after coming home and doing a full scale research of this type of sugurey the true after effects was not provided by Dr Parker Truong at OHH. If you can't trust your Dr to be up front and honest with you listen to your gut feelings because they are usually right alert patient.
Dr. Truong and his team have been my cardiologist for the past 4 years. He and his team always have provided me with the highest level of cardiac care. He always takes the necessary time to answer my questions.
Very kind man that treats the person as a whole and does not just prescribe a pill.
