예약할려고 전화를 했지만 전화도 안 받고 다른 일 있어서 웨이팅 걸어놓고 말하는건~ 무례하고 환자 파일도 제대로 못찾아서 헤메는것처럼 반복해 서 확인하고...리뷰를 보니~~ 닥터의 와이프라고 하는것 같은데...이해가 안가네. 인건비 아끼는 수작인가? 내가 당해보니 일하기 싫어서억지로 하고있는 것 같은 마인드와 귀찮니즘으로 환자를 상대하는거 같던데... 왜 실력도 없고 나이많고 무례한 사람을 리셉션에 앉혀놨는지 .불쌍한 여인일세 허허~ 정말 불쾌하고 짜증스런 목소리에 화가 치민다. 당장 가서 따지고 싶었다. 그런다고 달라지는건 아무것도 없을테니 내가 안가는 것이 맞는거 같다.
The doctor is nice but getting an appointment is so difficult in particular for seniors. This is not ideal since doctors are meant to help patients not provide roadblocks to their care. Patients have to text their request for an appointment to 416 939-70XX and nobody responds. Ever. The message on their answering machine is difficult to understand and the message follows in Korean further adding complexity to seniors. 전화받는 receptionist 정말 불친절하고 무례합니다. 닥터 박은 왜 이런 직원을 그대로 사용하는지 이해가 되지않습니다. 너무 무례해서 도무지 예약을 할수가 없을정도입니다.
