I have always really loved Dr. Patel and the staff at his practice. I’ve been seeing them for 10+ years. But you never truly know how valuable your PCP and their staff is until you’re in a pretty horrible situation. When I first started seeing Dr. Patel, I was initially satisfied with the care I received. However, once he brought in his nurse practitioner, my experience began to decline. I saw the nurse practitioner multiple times but informed the office that I preferred to see Dr. Patel due to conflicting information and medication changes she recommended that I was not comfortable with.
