Smart. Responsive. Efficient. Love the practice and Dr. Trivedi.
I have never had any issues with Dr. Trivedi. IMO, he is very attentive to patients needs and experience.
I decided to give Dr. Trivedi a try after a horrible experience with Galisteo Family Medicine. I was so impressed with Presbyterian and Dr. Trivedi. There were some questionable reviews that made me apprehensive but I am so glad I have him as my new PCP. He is kind, listens and comes up with a plan for his patients. I did not feel rushed nor did I question his knowledge. As an added bonus, he is vegan which is encouraging for patients looking to change their diet/weight. I recommend this physician.
Dr. Tridevi does not respond to messages within 48 hours. If you have a question or need a prescription, and call his staff, they will say 'he has 48 hours to respond to this message, but I marked it as urgent.' Then if you call back 2 days later, they will put another urgent message in the system, which will never ever be responded to.
