This doctor saved my life. Did a 14 hour brain surgery for chiari malformation and a upper c spine fusion as my skull was falling of my neck and caused my c2 vertebrae to hit my brainstem and he fused me at the same time in surgery when he was doing my chiari malformation decompression. I’ve had permanent damage to my neck ever since doing his traction test. Can’t sleep on my side anymore and all daily activities cause me headaches now. If I didn’t have Cci before the test, I DEFINITELY got it afterwards. I did the traction with a physiotherapist in the most conservative way possible and still got severe neck damage. Also, I had tethered cord confirmed by 4 other doctors and got the surgery last year from Dr. Gilete.
