Horrible communication and service! I need refills for my prescription and they haven’t sent it to the pharmacy during the last 30 days, when my wife called the office they told her that the nurse practitioner have been too busy and for that reason they haven’t been able to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Been my family doctor for years and have finally reached my breaking point with Dr. Banias and the rest of the staff. Dr. Banias is extremely hard to understand because of the language barrier and in turn makes it difficult when I go in for a medical problem for him to understand what it is that’s wrong with me. The front desk lady they have now is extremely rude and quite frankly lazy. Dr Pandelis was very kind. Sadly the staff was very rude. Their billing department is also handled by an external company, it was very difficult to get a hold of someone to talk about billing.. When I called to get information from the administrative staff at the office I was hung up on multiple times. I was polite but direct.. it was horrible.
