The staff service on the phone is not good at all. I've been calling to make an appointment for a week she took my number and no one never return my calls . The following weeks I start calling again she transfers me to a voice-mail after 3 attempts I decided to choose the Spanish option, that when I finally found someone to make me an appointment. It's like they only ly serve Spanish people over there. I'am a resident of stuart it shouldn't be like that.

Watch out for automatically scheduled appointments you may not need. If you try to cancel them they LABEL you as non compliant. Really? Because you refuse to pay them more money for a visit you may not need? I canceled my patient files and moved to another provider.
